Participants must be 18+ residents of India. Government ID proof is mandatory for prize dispatch.

Every draw publishes a ticket cap per user. Attempts to bypass limits result in automatic refunds minus gateway fees.

Full refunds are issued if a draw is cancelled or ticket caps are not met. Processing timelines follow RBI rules.

Winners must complete KYC within seven days. Declining KYC forfeits the prize which is then re-drawn.

We may feature your name, city, and celebration photos on our channels with your written consent.

Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Gauhati High Court. Reach out to legal@northeastluckydraw.com before escalating.
